Our Project Management Approach

01
Initiation
This phase involves defining the project at a high level. Stakeholders identify the need for the project and its feasibility is assessed.
02
Planning
Project managers develop a comprehensive plan that outlines tasks, timelines, resource allocation, risk management strategies, and communication plans.
03
Execution
In this phase, the actual work is carried out according to the project plan. Teams are assembled to perform tasks as outlined and complying with change management
04
Monitoring and Controlling
Throughout execution, it’s essential to monitor progress against the plan. This includes tracking milestones, managing changes in scope or resources, and ensuring quality standards are met.
06
Closure
Once all deliverables are completed and accepted by stakeholders, the project is formally closed. This includes finalizing documentation and conducting post-project evaluations.
