Can you guarantee to fix our tech issues?

Yes we can locate and fix just about anything related to Technology and we Guarantee our work . There are some exceptions where the solution lies with third party vendors in which case we assist to collaborate with them and find solutions. 

What happens if the problem cant be fixed?

We will always work with you to find the solution. In cases where hardware or software upgrades are required we will look at what is needed and provide quotes for upgrades.

What is the minimum support hours billed?

Onsite support services are billed at a minimum of 1 hour. Remote support services are billed in 30 minute increments.

Do you charge for same day support?

No, provided we have availability we wont charge extra for same day support.

How is the billing structured ?

We charge by the hour for onsite support or half hour for remote support services. Business packages have service packs of 10, 20, 40 hours and are discounted at each tier. Please see our pricing packages page for more information.

How do you provide remote support, is it secure?

We use remote access tools that requires codes at each side. The communications are encrypted.

Salvatore Colombo is the owner and Principal Consultant at Exabyte Technology. He has 25 years of experience in the Information Technology Industry and serviced companies from small to enterprise size.
